Remote employees have more freedom.
The advantages of remote work help keep employees satisfied, committed and made. According to the State of American Workplace of Gallup, the ideal result is to work 3 - 4 days outside the office.
Do you need to travel to visit your family? Or return in the afternoon to see your son's game? A normal person would have to leave earlier or ask for a license (not every day can be done).
Remote employees can work at home or the regional offices of the place where you go. Whether they stay at home, travel or go to the office (some days) employees enjoy remote work.
Remote work improves employee's well -being.
Without moving daily, without lunch in a hurry and without additional hours in the office and far from the family, remote work improves the health and well -being of employees because it reduces the stress also avoids diseases such as flu.
Employers should not omit the well -being plan in the remote workplace as access to the Gym and it is equally important that people who work flexible.
